Over the past couple of weeks both the patrol and camera trapping teams hosted guests from Global Conservation Force (GCF) in the US. GCF is dedicated to saving wildlife from extinction through education, anti-poaching and conservation efforts. On the 26th of October one of The Sumatran Ranger Project’s long-time supporters Terry Menadue, shaved his head in front of a crowd of supporters. Terry raised close to $2000 by shaving off his much loved man-bun so that he could support and raise awareness for the organisation and the work they do to protect the Leuser Ecosystem.
